Southern Poverty Law Center, Liberal Intolerance, Bugger Boys, Sol Invictus & Chicken

What is it all about? Nothing short of redefining good and evil.

“We are very much supportive of the family – the biblical definition of the family unit. We are a family-owned business, a family-led business, and we are married to our first wives. We give God thanks for that… we know that it might not be popular with everyone, but thank the Lord, we live in a country where we can share our values and operate on biblical principles.”

“As it relates to society in general, I think we’re inviting God’s judgment on our nation when we shake our fist at Him and say, ‘We know better than you as to what constitutes a marriage. I pray God’s mercy on our generation that has such a prideful, arrogant attitude to think we can try to define what marriage is all about”

Chick-fil-A COO Dan Cathy made several public statements supporting “the traditional family,” saying bugger-sex being redefined as marriage was “inviting God’s judgment on our nation” as they deny the testimony of God in their own bodies. Details also came to light of donations to anti-buggery political organizations, including the Family Research Council, identified as a hate group by the buggery redefinition of marriage guardian Morris Dee’s Montgomery Based Southern Poverty Law Center. Additional God-hating prominent politicians expressed disapproval. Boston Mayor Thomas Menino, and Chicago Alderman Proco “Joe” Moreno said they hoped to block franchise expansion into their areas. The proposed bans drew criticism from liberal pundits not seeking to elevate deviant behavior to marriage, legal experts, and the American Civil Liberties Union. However, the liberal Jim Henson Company, which had a Pajanimals kids’ meal toy licensing arrangement with Chick-fil-A, said it would cease its business relationship, and donate the payment to the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation. Chick-fil-A stopped distributing the toys, citing unrelated safety concerns that had arisen prior to the controversy and did not mention concern as how the toys may have been used prior to shipping.

When the head of a major fast food chain underscores his support for traditional marriage, lefty heads explode. Dan Cathy, son of Chick-fil-A founder S. Truett Cathy, told the Baptist Press July 16, that the conservative restaurant chain is, in fact, still conservative.

In response to a question pertaining to the franchise’s support of the traditional family, Cathy replied “guilty as charged.” He reiterated his stance on the Ken Coleman radio show the next day.

Naturally, the Huffington Post, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, and Advocate.com were among the many that were upset by the comments. Boycotts are now being organized, buzz is flying around the blogosphere, and bugger embracers are leaving heated messages at both Chick-fil-A’s and Cathy’s Facebook pages, there have been no responses to date from chickens.

Huffington Post contributor Lorraine Devon Wilke wrote an article ironically titled “Chicken with a side of Bigotry, Chick-Fil-A’s Unsatanic Business Plan “His stance against buggers and lesbians is not only distasteful,” she said. “It is stupidly counterproductive to business, and what could be holier than the bottom line?” she wrote embracing the worship of mammon.

Post food writer Tim Carman, who once pledged to stop buying Godfather’s Pizza because of his dislike of Herman Cain, created a poll to see who would join him in a boycott. The overwhelming majority of the respondents clicked the ‘everyone is entitled to their own opinion’ option demonstrating once again Mr. Carman’s lack of understanding of flyover land.

Chick-Fil-A promotes Biblical values for 66 years. This is best exemplified by its closed policy on Sundays and philanthropic efforts. As to why they close on Sunday’s rather than keeping the Sabbath as did Jesus Chick-Fil-A did not respond. Sol Invictus became supreme as Sol Dominus Imperii Romani, “the Sun, the Lord of the Roman Empire” It remained so until the Emperor Constantine I (A.D. 306–337) made Christianity the privileged religion and formed the basis of the Roman Catholicism. Reared a devotee of the Invincible Sun, Constantine remained pontifex maximus (supreme pontiff) of state paganism until his death. The image of Sol Invictus was stamped on coins issued during his reign, with inscriptions declaring the Invincible Sun to be his constant protector and companion. Even in his Sunday laws, by which he attempted to compel the observance of the first day of the week by resting from secular labor, Constantine referred to it only as “the venerable day of the Sun” and “the day of the Sun, noted for its veneration”. This is why the Pope to this day leads Catholics to worship the sun and mother god. Constantine’s opinion on buggery is not recorded though we do know it is practiced widely by Catholic Priests in ritualistic sun worship upon innocent young boys. It is also not known how many chickens he was responsible for killing.

Pro-bugger groups have been claiming that Chick-Fil-A donated almost $2 million to what were labeled by Bible-Hating Southern Poverty Law Center as “anti-bugger groups” in 2010 by its charitable arm called the WinShape Foundation. The Marriage & Family Foundation received the bulk of the funds, but the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, National Christian Foundation, and Family Research Council received funding too.
